There’s nothing to compliment a warm cup of tea on a rainy day like these Earl Grey & Lavender Muffins.
Earl Grey & Lavender Muffins
Earl Grey Loose Leaf Tea (7 tbsp )
Milk (250ml )
Butter, melted (125g)
Eggs, 2, lightly beaten
1/4 cup icing
1- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp lavendar
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius and line 12 regular sized muffin tins.
2.Warm the milk in a saucepan until it is close to a boil. Steep in 3 tbs of Early Grey. Let cool.
6. In the meantime combine 1/4 cup of icing sugar with 1 1/2 tbsp of milk and 2 tbsp of lavender.
8. Drizzle or coat with lavender icing once the muffins have slightly cooled.
