Green Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Lately, I’ve been obsessed with Smoothie Bowls!

It’s basically just a smoothie in a bowl that’s thick enough to enjoy with a spoon. DSC_0011

Besides the addicting fresh flavours and creamy textures, what I love most about smoothie bowls are how creative you can get with the toppings.


There are endless topping possibilities– though, my go-to combo consists of goji berries, coconut flakes, cranberries and walnuts. Especially goji berries, we’re going through a phase right now.

 Green Smoothie Bowl 

1 large handful of Kale or Spinach
½ avocado
1 banana
2-3 frozen strawberries
1 cup of milk


Goji Berries
Coconut Flakes


Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in bowls and top with desired toppings.


This Green Smoothie Bowl will leave you with tons of energy to get through your Sunday.
