Hey guys! I’m sorry for my lack of posts lately. Believe me when I say Pharmacology is slowly ruining my life. Time is moving too fast. I made these Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes a few weeks back and I finally found the time to share the recipe with ya’ll. These things are ridiculously addictive. Oh, and the best part about them? They take less than ten minutes to prep. You can leave the rest of the work to your oven and fridge while you get back to reality.
Holy, I’ve been so MIA for a whole month! I’m so sorry! If you’ve been keeping up with my Instagram, I’m sure you’ve had a good idea what I’ve been up to. If not, let me give you a quick rap. I was in Vancouver for two months and spent a whole month of it at the Vancouver General Hospital, shadowing as a medical student in the Geriatrics department. From there I was busy eating and blogging through Vancity and then flew to Stockholm to do some more blogging and also a bit of work in the hospital too. Its been a summer jammed with a lot of medicine and food—my kind of perfect.
Like many of you, I adore avocados. I try to incorporate them wherever possible –morning shakes, afternoon soups, dinner salads – you name it. Recently however, I’ve been having my daily avocado just on its own with a bit of this lemon soy sauce dressing.
This combination is magic. I mean avocados have such a wonderful taste and texture themselves that they really don’t need much to be fabulous.
There’s a lot to love about Matcha powder. Besides the fact that it’s jam-packed with antioxidants it also helps in increasing memory and endurance while boosting moods and concentration.
