Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Nope, you did not misread/misinterpret! Yes, these exist & they are absolutely divine! Best part? They are extremely easy to make & are I-can’t-bake certified.

1 lb large strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Rinse & cut around the tops of the strawberries. Remove the tops and hollow out the insides with a paring knife. Make sure you create enough room inside each strawberry for the filling. Once prepped, set strawberries aside.

2. Next, create your cheesecake mixture but beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy in a large bowl.

3. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture.

4. Dip the ends up each strawberry in Graham crackers or in white chocolate as I had done. 

Voilla! How easy was that!?
