Exam time is fast approaching and whatever I make these days needs to be quick and simple.
Thankfully, these Chocolate Snaps fit all the criteria. They are a great little treat to anyones busy day.
Salted Chocolate Snaps
100 g dark chocolate
handful of pistachio nuts, shelled, roughly chopped
a big pinch of sugar
flaked sea salt
1.Melt chocolate over a double boiler
2.When the chocolate is melted, spoon small circles onto a line baking sheet. While the chocolate is still warm, quickly sprinkle the pistachios, salt, sugar and rose petals.
3.Chill the tray in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Softly pry your snaps away from the paper and serve.
How easy was that to make !?
