Matcha Cookies w/ White Chocolate Dallop

There’s a lot to love about Matcha powder. Besides the fact that it’s jam-packed with antioxidants it also helps in increasing memory and endurance while boosting moods and concentration.

There are few other natural products that deliver this much bodily goodness in one teaspoon.

So yes, there’s a lot to love about Matcha powder! In fact, it has become a daily habit for me since 2013. That can go in the book of things you may not have known about me. Yep, for one full year now I’ve successfully weaned away from coffee to Matcha.

Don’t give me too much credit however, I still have my daily cup of joe but not two or three cups like I used to.

And so, my love for Matcha made me really excited the other day when I opened my email to find a mail from Kiss Me Organics to try out their Matcha Powder. I was thrilled and also curious if the world somehow knew about my matcha obsession.

You could say that over the year of religiously drinking this stuff that I’ve become pretty decent at sensing a GOOD matcha powder. Yes, there are many terrible brands out there.

Kiss me Organic Matcha  however was wonderful. As soon as I opened the package I was blown away by the aroma and beautiful green colour. It was fabulous –and it tasted just as good as it smelt. I used it in my morning smoothie and this afternoon to make these Matcha Green Tea Sugar Cookies with White Chocolate.
