There’s a lot to love about Matcha powder. Besides the fact that it’s jam-packed with antioxidants it also helps in increasing memory and endurance while boosting moods and concentration.
I had the worst craving for Reese’s Peanut Butter cups today. It was one of those really bad cravings too – you know, the ones that just won’t go away until you finally give in and feed it.
But with living in Wroclaw, I can’t just feed it . I don’t have that glorious option anymore of just running over to the 711 and buying myself shameful amounts of PB cups. Shame must be planned in advanced now.
It’s been a hectic few weeks here in med school. Test after test after test. It never ends. Yesterday morning, we had our micriobio practical, and thankfully it went well for the girls and I. So, with our relief we decided a girls night was in order.
Friday is finally here! And to make things even better, it’s a long weekend here in Poland! Sorry, Vancouverites. Having the day off today gave me plenty of time to cram in some studying and make this gorgeous Saffron Risotto.
Today’s a busy day for me. I got a custom cake order pickup at 8 am followed by Pathophysiology class, Virology class and then a hurried trip to the airport to pick up my friend whose visiting from Milano.
