There’s a lot to love about Matcha powder. Besides the fact that it’s jam-packed with antioxidants it also helps in increasing memory and endurance while boosting moods and concentration.
It’s 32 degrees in Vancouver today. HOLY CRAP. And as much as I want to complain about it too – I just don’t think I have the right. Actually no Vancouverite has the right—and that’s because we spend all year complaining about the rain. So now that the sun is here—even at a brutal 32 degrees, we gotta love every ounce of it.
I’ve been experimenting a lot with different chia seed pudding combos lately. And I’ve found a lot that I’ve really liked: peaches and cream, peanut butter and banana, dark chocolate and cherry. But none that I’ve loved. Until now, with this Matcha Chia Pudding. Bold, flavourful and bursting with a ton of health benefits—this is the stuff you wanna wake up to.
I’m back in Vancouver and had forgotten how blessed I am to live here. I’m blogging from home at the moment—with the mountains and the sea as my company. Humbled .
Life has been so good lately. I’ve so far passed 4/4 of my exams : Microbiology, Pathophysiology, Pathomorphology and today POLISH. Which is seriously the happiest and most relieving pass of them all. Putting a Canadian in a Polish class is just a call for disaster. I can’t help the eh’s.
